Exchange Policy
At BOUTIQUE55, we want you to love what you wear. All sales are final: we do not offer refunds or returns. You can exchange an item within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchange conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unused, in the same condition you received it
- With all labels and tags still attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
Exchanges depend on the availability of the item you want. If it isn’t available, we’ll issue a store voucher for the value of your item.
How to exchange
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, on WhatsApp at +961 71 676 762 or by email at info@boutique55official.com.
- Once we approve your exchange, we’ll arrange it with you. You can visit us in store on Rue Independence, Achrafieh-Sassine, or we can arrange a delivery.
- Items sent back to us without an approved exchange will not be accepted.
Delivery fees for exchanges are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.
Non-exchangeable items
- Gift cards
- Custom, personalized or special-order items
- Items bought during a giveaway
Sale items can be exchanged for another product or a store voucher, under the same 7-day conditions.
Delivery
$3 delivery in Beirut, 2–3 working days, cash on delivery.
